By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted returns and exchanges policy.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Orders are accepted only after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, you may accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Final sale and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags and packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email support@shopmeraki26.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photographs. We will provide a replacement or, when unavailable, a refund.
